This overview goes through the basics on utilizing the notification management application. When you login you'll find all the primary navigation menu items to the Left of your screen. You'll find shortcut links throughout the application as they apply to specific tools and functions related to the page you might be on.

How to Register your Account:

You need to have an account to work within the application. Click the "SETUP YOUR ACCOUNT" button (located on the top right). We have simple 4 steps to register your new account as following:

1. Put your info (Name, Address, Mobile, Phone, Email, Sign-in Name as your username), and click "Next" button.
2. Choose a plan that fits your budget and messaging objectives the click "Next" button.

3. Enter your payment information: Make sure that you put a valid credit card number, and click "Purchase Now".
4. Verify Registration Information: If everything is ok, your username, and password will email to your email address..

How to Login into MoneyPenny and AgentsEStaff:

1. Access our website through your computer browser: http://www.moneypennycc.com.
2. Click on "LOGIN" button and type in your username, and type in your password.
3. Click "Member Login" button. Now you are logged into your AgentsEStaff account. This enables you to:

a. Manage your information
b. Create a message
c. Send a notification

How to Create Groups:

Setting up a group is the first step in managing your contact base. All other aspects of setting up notifications and reports will be organized by your groups.

1. Once you have logged in; Click on Groups Icon.
2. Click on Manage Groups
3 . Type group name in the field.
4 . Click Add
Once you have added your group name, then you can go to Contacts, select your contacts, and add to the group you have created.

How to create Templates

A template is a pre-established/setup notification. A template can be a single type of messaging such as mobile text or a group of types of notifications such as Mobile, Voice and Email all in one template. Several pre-existing templates already exist when you first open up your account, these are general in nature and can be modified to fit your needs and re saved with your new preferences. To setup a new template or view/modify existing ones:

1. Click onto Manage Templates
2. From Choose from Template, select “new” and select a method.
3.
Click "Next" button.
4. Type in your template or Record/ Choose Voice file
5. Click "Next" button.
6. Input your title and description.
7. Click "Save" button to save your template.


How to Send Notifications

1. Click on Send Notification Icon , and Select Send Notification (We have two methods for you: Text, Voice ).
2. Select one method.
3. If you select the "Voice", you need put your cell or your office phone into "Record your sound file for future broadcasts:" field, and then click "Start Recording Now" button to record your voice file. After finishing, you should see your voice file in "Default Sound File" box.
4. Click "Choose Recipients" button, and select a group or contacts to send.

5. Select the methods to receive message.

6. Choose “Send Now” or “Schedule to send”
7. Click “Confirm” button.
8. If you select “Schedule to send”, Go to Calendar to check your scheduled notification.

How to use Calendar

1. Click onto Calendar, and select Calendar (All your schedules, events are shown on the calendar. When you have created or entered a notification, it will be sent to the calendar just to specify that either you have sent a notification or have one to be sent out at a later date.)
2. Double-check on an event.
3. Click "view/edit/delete" link to view, edit or delete your event.

 

How to use and view Reports

The reporting feature provides you with an overview of notifications that have been sent. By selecting one of the reports, and then selecting a date range, the system will provide your Sent Message Statistics and/ or an Activity Summary.

1. Click onto Report, and select one of reports.
2.
Select a date range.
3. Click "View" to see the result of your sending.

You can customize your reports based on groups, number of items per page and other criteria. These options are just to the top right of the report summary.
